The Antiochian Youth Directors and Camp Directors attended the Annual Youth and Camp Conference in February. They spent the weekend hearing from inspirational leaders and learning innovative ideas to refine and improve their ministry with Orthodox youth. It was a pan-Orthodox conference hosted by the OCA, and was held at the Antiochian Village Conference Center.

Attendees from all over the United States and Canada attended this conference to hear from Keynote Speaker Michelle Moujaes and other incredible workshop speakers who offered their knowledge and expertise. The speakers included Fr. Kirill Sokolov, Hollie Benton, Kris Yee, Shereen Marcus, Fr. David Morrison, Fr. Stephen Loposky, Cade Scott and John Maddex. 

The session topics ranged from building relationships and a community to guiding camp staff and youth to developing their gifts for ministry and discovering their talents as well as helping the youth see Christ in others. The recordings of the sessions are available to everyone on the Ancient Faith Ministries website linked HERE.

It was an enriching experience that has equipped Youth and Camp Directors with the tools they need to foster a loving growing environment for our youth.
